CAO Policy

Our Policy

CAO Wellness Center provides services by appointment only. We kindly ask that clients arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure a timely and smooth experience.

Cancellations or rescheduling will be accepted if made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee or require a deposit for future appointments. Arriving late will shorten your session or require rescheduling.

Payment is due at the time of service, and completed services are non-refundable. Medical wig prosthetic consultations will require a deposit, and custom items are non-returnable.

We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and supportive environment, and all client information is kept strictly confidential. Please note that our services are supportive in nature.
